First things first, if you have insurance benefits through 91ÖÆƬ³§, you will need to contact Susan Dippolito at 817.547.5782 in the Benefits Office within the FIRST 31 days from the date of marriage to add or delete dependent(s) or to cancel your current insurance.

• Updating your W4 - payroll deductions
  
• Updating your name, address and phone number
  
  
• Updating beneficiaries on life insurance, if applicable
  
  
  
• Updating TRS beneficiary, if applicable
  
• Updating the State Board for Educator Certification, if applicable
