Watauga Elementary is setting our students up for success with CHAMPS.  This is a classroom management system to develop an instructional structure in which the students are responsible, motivated, and highly engaged in the specific task at hand.  CHAMPS expectations have been established in every classroom, specials classes, the hallway and the cafeteria.
