Responsibility is a character trait that reflects accountability, perseverance, diligence, and self-control. Students show responsibility by taking accountability for their own actions, putting forth effort, and striving to reach goals. Responsible students work hard and push themselves to overcome challenges and difficulties in life.
3rd Nine Weeks Traits: Caring Strand
Caring is a character trait that reflects kindness, empathy, charity, generosity, patience, consideration, and compassion. A caring person is able to identify with and understand somebody else’s feelings or difficulties. Caring students genuinely have concern for others and show their kindness by being a patient, understanding, thoughtful, giving and helpful friend.
4th Nine Weeks Traits: Citizenship Strand
Citizenship is a character trait that reflects respect, courtesy, concern for common good & community, fairness, school pride, respect for authority & law, and gratitude. Being a good citizen means you do your share to make your school and community a better place. A good citizen obeys rules, shows respect, takes turns, and treats others equally.
