• Instructional Coaching Logo

Like athletic coaches, Coaches in schools provide objective insight to help professionals bring out their greatest potential. Some positions are defined as coaches - instructional coaches, academic coaches and deans, etc. - while other roles incorporate coaching - such as principals, assistant principals, content coordinators, digital learning specialists, etc. Whatever the position title, coaches provide support in helping teachers as they work to apply their own learning directly to student learning and success. 91ÖÆƬ³§ believes that coaching is a critical piece of the professional learning needed to support teachers in changing practice. We have invested in a force of academic coaches and deans who work in collaboration with Teaching & Learning and campus leadership to support teachers through targeted coaching sessions, model lessons, planning for learning, and the delivery of professional learning workshops.
