• ACFT Pick-up and Drop-off Procedures      

    Arrival

    7:30 a.m. First load of bus riders will be directed to the cafeteria for eating.  

    7:40 a.m. The main doors will open for all students (PreK-5). Students (K-5) may eat breakfast in the cafeteria.  PreK breakfast will be delivered to the classroom by their Educational Assistant at 8:10am. All other students (PreK-5) will walk straight to their classrooms and enter the rooms.  Older siblings may walk PK-1students to their classroom door before going to their own classroom as follows:  Kindergarten for the first 2 weeks and PreK for the first 3 weeks.

     

    Dismissal

    The school day ends at 3:35 but we will have a staggered dismissal in order to keep all of our learners as socially distanced as possible.  This will allow for staggered traffic and waiting patterns.  Masks are to be worn during dismissal. Older siblings will walk to their younger sibling’s classroom.  

    • All car riders will remain in a spread-out line with their class once they are outside. PreK-2nd students will dismiss in the front drive (O’Brian Way) and 3rd - 5th students will dismiss in the back (Emerald Hills).  
    • All Parents/Guardians need to remain in their vehicles at all times and have their child’s pick up card visible.   Parents/Guardians who do not have a pick up card will be required to park and go into the front office with a picture ID to pick up their child.
    • All daycare students will sit in the cafeteria until their daycare van arrives.
    • All bus riders will sit on their designated spots in the gym until their bus arrives.

     

    Safety expectations of parents…. 

    Parents will be expected to keep their child home if they have been directly exposed to or have symptoms of Covid 19.  Students must be fever free for at least 24 hours before returning to school.

    Students who are sick and required to go home must be picked up as soon as possible. 

    Parents need to have their child put on their face mask properly before getting on the bus or exiting their vehicle at morning drop off.

    Safety expectations of students

    Students will use their own individual supplies in the classroom.  They will properly wear a face mask, exercise social distancing, and maintain good hand hygiene. Students will inform their teacher if they begin to feel sick immediately.

     

    Procedimientos de recogida y entrega de ACFT      

     

    Llegada

    7:30 a.m. La primera carga de pasajeros del autobús será dirigida a la cafetería para comer.

    7:40 a.m. Las puertas principales se abrirán para todos los estudiantes (PreK-5). Los estudiantes (K-5) pueden desayunar en la cafetería. El desayuno PreK será entregado al aula por su Asistente Educativo a las 8:10 am. Todos los demás estudiantes (PreK-5) caminarán directamente a sus aulas y entrarán en las habitaciones. Los hermanos mayores pueden caminar PK-1students a la puerta de su salón de clases antes de ir a su propio salón de clases de la siguiente manera: Kindergarten durante las primeras 2 semanas y PreK durante las primeras 3 semanas.

     

    Despido

    El día escolar termina a las 3:35, pero tendremos un despido escalonado para mantener a todos nuestros estudiantes lo más distancias socialmente posible. Esto permitirá el tráfico escalonado y los patrones de espera. Las máscaras deben usarse durante el despido. Los hermanos mayores caminarán hasta el salón de clases de sus hermanos menores.

    • Todos los conductores de automóviles permanecerán en una línea extendida con su clase una vez que estén fuera. Los estudiantes de PreK-2nd despiderán en la unidad delantera (O'Brian Way) y los estudiantes 3o - 5o se despedirán en la parte posterior (Emerald Hills).
    • Todos los padres/tutores deben permanecer en sus vehículos en todo momento y tener la tarjeta de recogida de su hijo visible. Por precaución de seguridad, ya no se permitirán los walk-ups. Los padres/tutores que no tengan una tarjeta de recogida deberán aparcar e ir a la oficina de recepción con una identificación con foto para recoger a su hijo.
    • Todos los estudiantes de guardería se sentarán en la cafetería hasta que llegue su furgoneta de día.

     

    Expectativas de seguridad de los padres....

    Se espera que los padres mantengan a su hijo en casa si han estado expuestos directamente o tienen síntomas de Covid 19. Los estudiantes deben tener fiebre durante al menos 24 horas antes de regresar a la escuela.

    Los estudiantes que están enfermos y deben irse a casa deben ser recogidos tan pronto como sea posible.

    Los padres necesitan que su hijo se ponga la máscara facial correctamente antes de subirse al autobús o salir de su vehículo por la mañana.

    Expectativas de seguridad de los estudiantes

    Los estudiantes usarán sus propios suministros individuales en el salón de clases. Usarán adecuadamente una mascarilla facial, ejercerán distanciamiento social y mantendrán una buena higiene de las manos. Los estudiantes informarán a su maestro si comienzan a sentirse enfermos de inmediato.
