91ÖÆƬ³§ Choral Music

91ÖÆƬ³§ offers vocal music as an elective from grades 6 through 12. Throughout the curriculum, students are taught to develop strong singing voices with beautiful tone. Music literacy is also a priority with all students learning to read musical notation.
Sixth graders are placed in gender-based groups and introduced to ensemble singing ranging from unison to multiple vocal parts. In grades 7-12, students are grouped in various ability-based ensembles.
Students in choral music have many opportunities to perform both in a group and individually as well as participate in extracurricular activities such as region choir auditions and Solo & Ensemble Contest.
