    General Election Information 
     
     
    The 91ÖÆƬ³§ Board of Trustees consists of seven trustees serving three-year terms.  While candidates run for specific places, they do not represent specific geographical areas; rather, each represents 91ÖÆƬ³§ at large. 
     

    Terms and Election Schedule

    Board members shall be elected for three-year terms, with elections conducted annually, as follows:

    Place 1 & 2
    The election for Places 1 & 2 shall be held in 2026, 2029, 2032, 2035 and in three-year intervals thereafter.

    Place 3, 4, & 5
    The election for Places 3, 4, & 5 shall be held in 2027, 2030, 2033, 2036 and in three-year intervals thereafter.

    Place 6 & 7
    The election for Places 6 & 7 shall be held in 2025, 2028, 2031, 2034 and in three-year intervals thereafter.

     

    91ÖÆƬ³§ Board of Trustees Meetings:

    The 91ÖÆƬ³§ Board of Trustees meets the fourth Thursday of each month and any other such times as may be announced.  When determined necessary and for the convenience of Board members, the Board President may change the date, time, or location of a regular meeting with proper notice. Please see the list of upcoming meetings and the Board Meeting Agendas page for a copy of the notice and record of a meeting of the Board of Trustees. 

     

    Candidate's Guide to Primary and General Election:

    The Texas Election Code designates the Secretary of State as the chief election officer of the State of Texas. In order to provide information on the electoral process to all Texans, his office has prepared this guide in the expectation that increased information will result in increased participation.
